What is referencing?
Referencing is the science of measuring buildings to provide accurate and verifiable floor areas for the purpose of property valuation. Referencing takes in a small part of the work that comes under the auspices of Surveying. Referencers are experienced and trained in this very specific yet critical area of valuation and the service is designed to give comfort to clients wishing to employ the most appropriate professionals.
