CANARY WHARF - Creating one of the Worlds Major Business Districts
During the past decade a new era for Canary Wharf has taken shape and we are now seeing one of the worlds major business districts in all its glory. Since 1997 a further 500,000 square feet of retail space has been created.
For the past 5 years, Armada Surveys Ltd (ASL) has been measuring all of the shops in the Canary Wharf Shopping Centre development, from initial shell through to completion. ASL provides GIA, NIA, ITZA floor areas and full CAD plans. Anytime that changes are made to the shopping centre, ASL immediately update and re-supply all information.
Further to a successful working project from the start, ASL has now been asked to supply lease plans for each individual shop unit throughout the whole complex.
