THE PARADISE PROJECT - 900m Retail Led Regeneration of Liverpool City Centre

Armada Surveys Ltd has been awarded the contract of independent measurement surveyor by Grosvenor, who is developing 42 acres in the heart of Liverpool City Centre for completion in 2008, when Liverpool will be the European Capital of Culture.
The PSDA (Paradise Street Development Area), will deliver to Liverpool approximately 173 new retail units including anchor stores John Lewis and Debenhams, totalling 1.6m sq ft of retail space. This along with approximately 600 residential apartments, a number of bars, restaurants and cafes, a 14 screen cinema, bus station and 300 car parking spaces, will transform the heart of the City Centre.
Armada Surveys provides a full measured survey of all floor plan areas and supply fully dimensioned electronic CAD plans within 48 hours of each survey being carried out. These must include a GIA summary for each site, for each retail unit. All measurements are used by third parties throughout the site and must be exact.
This is the most exciting regeneration development currently taking place in this country. Armada Surveys is pleased to be awarded a contract of this stature, as the Paradise Project is the most challenging project Grosvenor are involved with. It sets new standards, makes new rules and will create a new and lasting city centre for Liverpool's people and businesses.
